Luna Grill is bringing its fresh Mediterranean fast-casual menu to Corona, with a new restaurant slated to open in February, the brand confirmed to What Now OC. Located at 3915 Bedford Canyon Road, Suite 103 in Bedford Marketplace, the store is the latest on the brand’s growing list of developments.
The upcoming 1,700-square-foot location is now under construction, Chief Marketing Officer Billy Grenham shared. A new-build property, it will be near the gas station and gym, and join tenants Keke’s Cafe and Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, which are also incoming and expected to debut soon, leasing records show.
Corona is the first site in the company’s 2026 pipeline. The chain hopes to open at least 12 units next year — one per month. It’s focusing on growing in SoCal, Texas, and Arizona, QSR Mag reports. Locally, that includes upcoming openings in San Clemente, Riverside, and Pico Rivera.
Founded in San Diego roughly 21 years ago, Luna Grill has grown to 55 restaurants. Offering elevated Mediterranean classics, the restaurant’s menu focuses on kabobs, salads, bowls, wraps, and plates.
