Rebecca Steinmetz, the secretary of Steinmetz Plumbing, Inc., signed the petition before it was filed in the bankruptcy court. Attorney Robert C Lane from The Lane Law Firm is offering legal representation to Steinmetz Plumbing, Inc. in the court.

Dwaine Steinmetz, the founder of Steinmetz Plumbing, Inc., and a licensed master plumber, started his journey in the plumbing industry back in 2005. He gained apprenticeship experience under a master plumber in California and worked on commercial projects on the West Coast.

Five years later, Steinmetz relocated to Richmond along with his family. Starting in 2010, he focused on residential plumbing and repair services in locations such as River Oaks and Rice Village. By 2014, Steinmetz took charge of large hotel remodels in Houston for a local plumbing contractor.
