Andpizza (AKA &pizza) is making its West Coast debut in Sin City! According to QSRMagazine, the booming quick-service pizza brand is opening in the Rio Hotel & Casino at 3700 W. Flamingo Rd. on the iconic Las Vegas Strip in Spring 2026.
&pizza is known for its authentic and electric vibes and atmosphere, give-back can-do attitude that’s skyrocketed the brand into fandom, and its creative pies that include names like Elote Loco and Pineapple Jak’d. Latitude Food Group, a new hospitality business crafted to guide the brand and beef up its footprint across the country through multi-unit franchising, is at the helm of &pizza and the recently acquired fast-casual concept Tijuana Flats. &pizza’s first West Coast opening, landing on the Strip, is the catalyst for the brand and the Latitude Food Group’s growth.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Latitude Food Group CEO, Mike Burns, as well as &pizza VP of Operations Aaron Archuleta for details about the Rio Las Vegas opening, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Our expansion goal is bold, and entering dynamic markets like Las Vegas is key to making it happen,” Burns told QSR.
“Partnering with a legendary resort like Rio Hotel & Casino, which is investing heavily in its dining experience, is a major milestone that positions &pizza among other forward-thinking brands that recognize the opportunities ahead in this city.”
“We’re excited to welcome &pizza to Rio Las Vegas as part of our ongoing transformation,” Patrick Miller, President and CEO of Rio Hotel & Casino, told QSR.
“The brand’s creative approach to fast-casual dining aligns well with our focus on expanding bold, guest-driven food and beverage offerings.”
&pizza started in Washington, D.C. in 2012. The brand was founded by Michael Lastoria and Steve Salis, aiming to disrupt fast food with oblong, customizable pizzas.
“We don’t do boring,” the website reads.
“Our pizzas bring bold, unexpected flavor combos to the table. Whether you build your own or grab a signature pie, every bite is uniquely &pizza.”
There are now nearly 50 company-owned &pizza locations in the mid-Atlantic, with a goal to reach 300 locations by 2030, and Vegas is a huge part of this expansion goal.
You can expect the same iconic menu at the new pizzeria to hit Vegas soon, including a variety of pizzas like the American Honey and Mamo No. Fire. Besides pizza, &pizza also offers Apple Pie Knots, Cheesy Dippers, and salads.
