Zippy’s Restaurants will open its fourth location in Southern Nevada on January 27, expanding its footprint in the region. Set to open at 1:00 PM EST, the new spot will offer Hawaiian cuisine in a family-friendly restaurant in the west Las Vegas community.
Zippy’s Expands Presence in Las Vegas
Located at 10810 W Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, Zippy’s will bring authentic Hawaiian comfort food to the Las Vegas Valley. While the menu is rooted in Hawaiian fare, it also blends Chinese, Japanese, and American influences.
Senior Regional Director Belma Soliven says, “We’re grateful for the community we’ve built here in Las Vegas and can’t wait to continue sharing our aloha and Hawaii-style hospitality with the community here in Summerlin.”
Guests can stay informed about Zippy’s hiring events and grand opening festivities by visiting their official website or following them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Zippy’s celebrates 60 years in 2026
Zippy’s Restaurants was founded by brothers Francis and Charles Higa on South King Street in Honolulu. The neighborhood eatery, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary, has evolved into an island brand.
With 26 locations on Hawaii Island, Southern Nevada, Maui, and Oahu, it offers a concept that combines three elements: a dining experience, an in-house retail bakery, and fast-casual takeout.
Many outlets remain open late, offering a reliable option for late-night cravings. As Zippy’s marks six decades of serving Hawaiian food, the Summerlin opening continues to strengthen its presence in Southern Nevada while introducing more diners to the region’s multicultural flavors.
