EDO Gastropub is making a comeback in a big way. The concept is set to reopen in the Valley. According to the Review Journal’s Neon blog, EDO Hospitality signed a lease for the space that once belonged to the recently closed DW Bistro. EDO Gastropub is expected to open at 9205 W Russell Rd, Suite 170, sometime in the next two years.

EDO Gastropub Tapas & Wine first opened in 2018 as a tasting menu. The eatery served up dishes like bluefin tuna tarts in its rotating tasting menu. EDO closed last September after a seven-year run to focus on new projects. The hospitality group plans to open a new concept called Braseria at The Collective this year.

Joe Mikulich is the Co-Founder of EDO Hospitality, which has restaurants EDO, Anima, and Braseria in Las Vegas, as well as La Loba in Seattle, Washington. But we expect to get those details soon and will update this article once those details are made available.

The Neon reports that the menu will be American comfort food with a twist, including global accents. If the new EDO Gastrop is indeed a callback to the tapas eatery the group closed last year, you can expect Vegan options, a gluten-free menu, a vegetarian menu, and a host of eclectic, delicious items to appease the palate.
