Ephemeral Rotating Taproom is bringing its ever-changing lineup of beers to Jefferson Park, first reported by Westword. The new location, called Ephemeral Tap & Bottle, will open on 2855 25th Avenue in a space that formerly housed a hair salon.
Owner Weston Scott first opened Ephemeral in 2022 in the Skyland neighborhood as “a home for breweries that don’t have a Denver taproom,” Scott told What Now Denver when he opened his first location. Each month, he introduces a new brewery to his customers, usually featuring a few local beers and carrying miscellaneous beverages and non-alcoholic options.
In his second location, customers will not only be able to try sample of these breweries’ beers, they’ll also be able to bring them home as Scott focuses more on retail, reflected in the new name. Another key difference is the lack of food options. Instead, customers can get takeout from the surrounding businesses and bring them to the taproom.
Ephemeral Tap & Bottle is slated for a spring 2026 opening.
