Mike’s Hot Wings and Such Heading to Collierville

The popular Germantown concept is opening a new location in the Shops at Carriage Crossing.

The next evolution of a beloved Germantown eatery is flapping its way into Collierville. Mike’s Hot Wings and Such is bringing the same great, freshly-made fare customers have come to know and love to a new Shops at Carriage Crossing location with a fresh model certain to win over a whole new audience.

 

The restaurant will be setting up in suite 741 of the 4674 Merchants Park Circle shopping center. Owner Mike Davis generously set aside some time to fill What Now Memphis in on the details of Mike’s Hot Wings and Such’s new storefront and the changes it will embrace. “The store front will change just a bit.” he says. “We will offer a full bar and have more of a sports bar feel. The store will continue to offer fresh items made to order- wings, pizza, fish, etcetera.”

 

Mike’s Hot Wings is already a hit in Germantown, and the team behind the restaurant looks forward to this new opportunity to feed even more customers. Davis explains: “We decided on Carriage Crossing for the growth opportunity and what better place to grow than Collierville?”

 

There is not yet a definitive opening date for Mike’s Carriage Crossing location, though Davis says he hopes that information will be available soon. In the meantime, future Collierville regulars can get excited about a new neighborhood hangout with plenty of great food and ambiance to enjoy. Davis sums up what’s in store succinctly but powerfully, saying: “Mike’s Hot wings and such is a family-owned business that offers good food, service, and a place for all to enjoy.”
