Fielding’s River Oaks officially steps into a new era with the debut of Fielding’s STEAK, a refined evolution of the restaurant that introduces a fully reimagined, chef-driven steakhouse menu designed to elevate the dining experience while honoring Fielding’s culinary roots.

Opening on January 27, 2026, Fielding’s STEAK brings a bold new identity to River Oaks, centered on premium prime steaks, globally inspired flavors, elevated seafood offerings, and thoughtful Southern touches. The revamped menu reflects a modern steakhouse philosophy—one that balances indulgence with creativity, technique with comfort, and tradition with innovation.

Guests can expect an experience that begins with sophisticated starters and chilled seafood selections, transitions seamlessly into impeccably prepared ocean dishes and signature meats, and culminates with standout prime and dry-aged steaks, including rare and premium Wagyu offerings. Complemented by elevated sides, house-baked breads, and decadent desserts, the menu is designed for both celebratory dining and elevated everyday indulgence.

The transformation to Fielding’s STEAK is more than a menu update—it’s a full reintroduction. The concept emphasizes prime cuts, reserve and dry-aged selections, curated Wagyu experiences, and elevated accompaniments, all executed with a chef-forward approach and thoughtful presentation. Seasonal ingredients, bold sauces, and globally influenced techniques weave throughout the menu, offering guests both familiarity and discovery.

Fielding’s STEAK is open for lunch from 11:30am-3pm daily with complimentary valet. Happy Hour will begin at 3pm.
