Indian cuisine is set to arrive in the Bothell area.

Indus Indian Restaurant and Bar, whose tagline is “Where every bite tells a story,” will open at 3922 148th St., Suite 111.

“In the Mill Creek area, there are no Indian restaurants in or around, so we want to serve the community very well with a variety of food,” co-owner Durga Valluri told What Now Seattle.

Indus will showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine with regional flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients, including tandoor-fresh breads, slow-simmered curries, fragrant biryanis and Indo-Chinese favorites. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.

Beyond the daily menu, the restaurant will host themed dinners, cultural nights and holiday-specific specials.

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board recently approved a liquor license for Indus, which will offer a full bar featuring spice-led cocktails, beer and wine.

The ambiance blends modern comfort with traditional cultural elements, creating a relaxed atmosphere for group events, celebrations and casual nightlife.

The owners look forward to joining Bothell’s growing dining scene and plan to open Indus Indian Restaurant and Bar by late February. Follow along on Instagram for updates.
