The Grilled Cheeserie team has multiple projects ongoing as they head into 2026. In addition to reviving their presence in East Nashville at Hunters Station, the team is participating in the revival of a historic space in Centennial Park. They will bring new concept Croquet Cafe to Centennial Park, according to an end-of-year announcement from The Grilled Cheeserie in December.

In addition to the cafe, the revitalization project at Centennial Park includes walkability enhancements and a new events pavilion. The Croquet Cafe will be in the historic Croquet Clubhouse structure and will serve park visitors with food and refreshments. Plans call for an outdoor courtyard and indoor seating for customers.

A previous announcement from the Centennial Park Conservancy indicated that construction began in 2025 and that the space is expected to open in 2026.

Joseph Bogan and Crystal De Luna-Bogan have been operating The Grilled Cheeserie since they launched the brand as a food truck 15 years ago. They also operate Cafe Cheeserie at the Frist Art Museum.
