La La Land Kind Cafe, a coffee, tea, and specialty treats-focused cafe, is set to open in Irvine at 670 Spectrum Center Dr, Suite 756.
The new location will be part of the Irvine Spectrum Center, joining Manaao Thai Comfort Food in Suite 771 as one of two upcoming tenants, according to the shopping center’s website. While an exact opening date has not been confirmed, La La Land will offer outdoor seating and takeout.
La La Land is a cafe rooted in kindness, built on the idea that yellow is a feeling, shared through warmth, joy, and human connection. The brand currently has locations in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Scottsdale, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. Each location offers a mix of coffee drinks, signature lattes, and specialty toasts.
The Irvine Spectrum store will bring the cafe’s signature menu items to the area, including the La La Latte, Banana Cloud Latte, Strawberry Cloud Latte, Matcha Squared Latte, and a variety of iced signature coolers such as Mango Passionfruit and Strawberry Coolers. Toast options will include Truffle Burrata Toast, La La Classic Avocado Toast, The Queen, M.A.K.A. Toast, and Hazelnut Toast.
Founded in Los Angeles, La La Land has expanded across California, Texas, Arizona, and Tennessee, focusing on high-quality coffee, plant-forward toasts, and visually striking iced beverages. The brand emphasizes both takeout convenience and comfortable, welcoming spaces for customers to relax.
This will be an excellent landing space for La La Land, with foot traffic from the Irvine Spectrum, outdoor seating, and proximity to anchor stores such as Old Navy. The cafe will complement the mall’s existing dining lineup, which includes 85°C Bakery Cafe, Brio Italian Grille, Fogo de Chão, and Shake Shack.
