Edley’s Tacos is heading to 4501 Murphy Rd, according to a recent sign permit. That spot is currently home to Pancho and Lefty’s Cantina from the Edley’s Bar-B-Que team.
Will Newman, the owner behind Edley’s Bar-B-Que and Pancho and Lefty’s Cantina, is behind the new Edley’s Tacos concept, according to business filings. As of now, the opening timeline for the concept is unclear.
Edley’s Bar-B-Que serves Nashville-style barbeque. It currently has nine locations in Tennessee and two locations in Illinois. Pancho and Lefty’s Cantina, which has Sylvan Park and Melrose locations, serves Nash-Mex cuisine, featuring tacos, wraps, quesadillas, bowls, burritos and margaritas.
