The Concourse at Mueller is “an exciting addition to Austin’s vibrant master plan community, strategically located at the intersection of Berkman and Manor Road. Benefiting from its proximity to downtown Austin—just 3 miles away—and the University of Texas, this mixed-use development.” In addition to residential units, the mixed-use development also includes retail spaces for shopping and dining outlets. One upcoming new food spot has now been revealed—although the details still remain almost entirely under wraps.

It’s called The Market at Mueller. It came to light this week, by way of a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing for an “Interior Finish-Out for Restaurant”: The Market at Mueller. With an estimated cost of $145,000, construction is expected to run from April 6 to November 10.

What Now reached out on Friday to Ramiz Prasla, owner of the Market at Mueller, to ask about plans for the rollout. For the moment, Prasla said, it’s too early to comment on the news. However, What Now will be awaiting an update with more details.

Opening in Mueller, the new market/restaurant will be part of a neighborhood whose culinary community incudes beloved restaurants like L’Oca d’Oro, B.D. Riley’s Irish Pub, Veracruz Fonda & Bar, and La Mezca.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
