Something sweet is heading to Bastrop.
Ly’s Donuts will open at the Market at The Colony retail center, located at the corner of FM 969 and Sam Houston Dr., according to an application filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The newly developed retail center is also expected to welcome a pita shop and a nail salon alongside the donut shop.
The announcement follows Ly’s Donuts’ opening of its Kyle location in 2025, Whatnow Austin previously reported.
The 1,500-square-foot space will feature the shop’s signature offerings, including croissants, fruit kolaches, fried cinnamon rolls and, of course, donuts.
Construction is expected to begin in December, with completion slated for spring 2027.
