Newark will soon welcome a new all-in-one entertainment venue.
Lefty’s Alley & Eats, founded by DJ Hill, will open at 301 College Sq. in the heart of College Square, just steps from the University of Delaware campus, according to its website.
“Get ready, Newark! Lefty’s, your favorite spot for incredible food, fun games, and unforgettable experiences, is opening a new location right in your neighborhood,” the website reads.
The Newark location will feature a range of attractions, including an elevated entertainment stage, Topgolf Swing Suites, an arcade, ax throwing, a tech-driven dart lounge and both traditional and duckpin bowling lanes.
While guests dive into the games, they can also enjoy bites and brews at the on-site craft restaurant and bar.
The menu offers classic bar fare, including shareable plates, handhelds, salads, pizzas and wings.
Lefty’s also features an Eat & Play combo, allowing guests to pair dishes like the Lefty’s Burger, Smash Patty Melt, NY-style pizza, Nashville hot chicken sandwich, wings, Philly cheesesteak, Lefty’s House Salad or apple gorgonzola salad with a choice of gameplay at a discounted price.
Lefty’s also boasts an extensive bar program with wine and a selection of craft drafts and domestic beers.
The cocktail list features curated creations such as the “Lefty Loopy” made with New Amsterdam Raspberry Vodka, raspberry purée and lemonade; the “Pinkity Dinkity” with New Amsterdam Vodka, peach schnapps, Malibu, pineapple juice, heavy cream and grenadine; and the “Paper Plane” crafted with Knob Creek Bourbon, Amaro Nonino, Aperol and lemon juice.
The entertainment venue is seeking a general manager, assistant manager, front-of-house manager, sales manager, executive chef and sous chef ahead of its grand opening.
A spokesperson told What Now Philadelphia Lefty’s aims to debut in June 2026, though an official opening date has not been announced.
