A membership-based social, coworking and wellness club for women is heading to Myers Park. Moxie has inked a lease for the 5,234-square-foot building at 507 Providence Road, according to a release from MPV Properties.

Moxie will offer a work and gathering space for women, featuring a cafe, a cocktail bar, a provisions market, conference rooms, a podcast studio and a private events space. It will also feature wellness offerings such as Pilates, yoga and services including massage and meditation.

“Charlotte has social clubs and it has coworking spaces, but there isn’t a place designed specifically for women who need both,” founder Margaret Cheatham Williams said in the release. “Moxie brings work, wellness and community together under one roof. As remote work rises and loneliness increases, we believe women need more than flexible desks — they need belonging, support and infrastructure that matches their ambition. When women gather consistently in the right environment, relationships compound, opportunities expand and momentum builds.”

Interior renovations are ongoing and the space will open in early 2027.
