The hot chicken company isn’t done with expansion after opening in Wrigleyville.

From Crain’s Chicago Business, two new Hattie B’s locations will be opening after the debut of their Wrigleyville restaurant. These will be at 58 E Ontario Street in River North and 1542 N Damen Avenue in Wicker Park. The company is planning to open the two new chicken spots sometime in early 2027.

Their Wrigleyville location at 3649 N Clark Street is debuting tomorrow, Feb. 25. Their restaurants bring the heat, with Nashville fried chicken at various levels including medium, mild, hot and damn hot, along with sauces like ranch and bleu cheese. Tenders, chicken sandwiches, and sides such as mac & cheese and fries are also available.

“Our goal from day one has been to offer authentic Nashville hot chicken served with a little style and a lot of hospitality in a fun, high-energy environment,” says the About section on their website.

Hattie B’s new River North location is coming to the base of the AC Hotel Chicago Downtown building. A Trader Joe’s is also at the building, and it is across the street from restaurants like Pizzeria Due and Su Casa Mexican Restaurant. This was previously a Vapiano location.

Meanwhile, their Wicker Park spot will be in an area with high foot traffic, near the Damen Blue Line L Station. It shares the building with Blue Line Lounge & Grill and Urbanbelly. Construction has not started on either restaurant.

When What Now Chicago reached out to Hattie B’s, representatives from the company were not available for comment. More updates on the opening dates will be available on the website soon.
