Hello Kitty Cafe is embarking on opening its third location in the Valley. The Sanrio concept is taking its supercute menu to the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. A pink construction wall on the second floor of the mall with a sign that reads, “Coming Soon in 2026,” is a clear indicator that the brand is inching towards opening its next location.

The $1.6 million project is expected to wrap up and open doors at 3500 S Las Vegas Blvd before the year is up.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Hello Kitty Cafe Las Vegas Co-owner, Andy Nguyen, for further details, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.

“When Hello Kitty Cafe Las Vegas first opened in July, more than 500 fans lined up before the grand opening, and by late afternoon, the cafe had sold more than 500 pastries and 1,000 beverages,” a press release about the brand’s foray into the Las Vegas market reads.

“In addition to the Hello Kitty Cafe outposts in Las Vegas, there’s the Hello Kitty Grand Cafe in Irvine, CA, and Hello Kitty Mini Cafe in San Jose, CA, as well as two Hello Kitty Cafe Trucks that launched in 2014 and continue to traverse both coasts today.”

There are already two Hello Kitty Cafes on the Las Vegas Strip. The brand has one location at The Park that debuted in July 2019 and one in the Fashion Show Mall that opened its doors in July 2022.

The Hello Kitty Cafe is anticipated to open in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace at 3500 S Las Vegas Blvd in 2026.
