Anthropologie is one of several retail tenants who have taken a lease at 78-acre mixed-use development Lulah Hills in DeKalb County, according to a release from real estate developer EDENS. Anthropologie is expected to open in Q1 of 2027.

Anthropologie offers apparel, accessories and home decor. The store will join existing spots Publix, AMC Theatres and Marshalls at the mall.

Lulah Halls took over the site formerly home to North DeKalb Mall and will offer 320,000 square feet of retail, 1,700 multifamily units, 100 townhomes and green spaces. Renovations have also begun on a multifamily project at the site, Novel Lulah Hills, which will feature 303 multifamily rental units and 92 townhome units. The residential units will be completed in late 2027.

Anthropologie has been expanding in the Atlanta area, recently bringing a location of its in-house label Maeve to Buckhead Village.
