Pop-up Joupe Jeht is aiming to open its first brick-and-mortar location this year in Kennesaw. It will open in Jiles Plaza at 3055 N. Main St., according to the restaurant’s website.
A progress update earlier this year displayed construction underway on the space. However, an opening timeline has not been released yet.
Joupe Jeht is known for serving Cambodian homestyle dishes at pop-ups and farmers markets around the area. Menu items include tender beef sticks, spring rolls, nom pao (sweet buns), chicken curry and sticky rice.
“Experience the warmth of Cambodia through vibrant flavors, heartfelt hospitality and a modern touch,” the website states. “Joupe Jeht celebrates the spirit of togetherness — where every meal feels like home.”
Other concepts, including local Japanese spot Okiboru, food truck Smash Hit Burgers and Reformation Brewery, are all planning locations in Kennesaw, as well.
