Fitness brand Solidcore is opening at Lulah Hills in Decatur in Q1 of 2027, according to a release. It will join existing locations in Avalon, Buckhead, Madison Yards, Midtown, Perimeter and Peachtree Corners.
Solidcore offers a fitness strategy focused on muscular endurance rather than simply muscular strength, opting for training that produces fatigue resistance through targeting slow twitch muscle fibers. It focuses on high-intensity, low-impact workouts. Different class offerings concentrate on different parts of the body, such as the core, obliques, lower body and upper body.
Solidcore currently has more than 150 locations across the U.S.
The brand will join other tenants heading to the development, including LaserAway, Anthropologie, Firepit Pizza Tavern, Honeysuckle Gelato and Refuge Coffee. Existing spots at the development include Publix, AMC Theatres and Marshalls.
