Pho N Mor, a Southern California Vietnamese restaurant known for pho, bún, and barbecue dishes, is getting ready to open a new location in Tustin at 2437 Park Avenue.

The company’s new location will move into the within The District at Tustin Legacy alongside other upcoming tenants such as Array 36, Jabal Coffee House, and Tang Tang Karaoke Bar & Lounge, according to the center’s website. While an exact opening date has not been announced, customers can expect Pho N Mor’s full menu of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, including pho, rice and noodle dishes, barbecue rolls, and plant-based options.

Pho N Mor was founded in Glendora and has grown to become a popular destination for Vietnamese food lovers in the region. The restaurant emphasizes fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and a casual, welcoming environment. Its menu offers seasonal snacks, refreshing beverages, and a variety of shareable items that appeal to both families and small groups.

This expansion marks the brand’s first location in Tustin and is part of the company’s continued growth in Southern California.
