Slurp & Sip is planned for Mission Viejo, according to plans submitted to the County Health Department, first reported by 926OC. The business is expected to be located at 28601 Marguerite Pkwy, Suite A2.
The new store will take over a former Yo! Mochi spot along Marguerite Parkway.
The brand has gone viral for its interactive dining experience and already operates in Los Angeles and Valencia. At these locations, guests can choose from different ramen options, add toppings, and prepare their meals at a self-serve ramyun bar.
Beyond ramen, Slurp & Sip also offers snacks, drinks, and ready-to-eat options. The concept brings Korean convenience store culture into a more casual, grab-and-go experience.
