Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant Preparing for Woodbridge Opening

The eatery will begin serving guests mid-May.

Woodbridge wine enthusiasts will soon be able to raise a glass to their new favorite retreat. Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant is getting ready to open its fifth Virginia location in the neighborhood later this month, reports Northern Virginia Magazine. 

 

The concept will be bringing wine tasting and fine dining to 14901 Potomac Town Pl. The countdown is officially on for Cooper’s Woodbridge storefront; the restaurant will be opening its doors to a fresh assortment of diners on May 18.

 

The website has the details necessary for locals to plan their visits to the establishment. Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant will be open from 11 am to 9 pm, Mondays through Thursdays, 11 am to 10 pm on Fridays, 10 am to 10 pm on Saturdays, and from 10 am to 9 pm on Sundays. Patrons can enjoy happy hour deals from 3-5:30 Mondays through Fridays. Weekend brunch warriors can stop in from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Cooper’s Hawk has been serving visitors since its founding in 2005. Wine is, of course, a central element of the concept, however it is but one component of a full and unique experience. The website explains: “Cooper’s Hawk has created a modern, casual dining experience with warm hospitality in an inviting upscale setting. Our culinary team has designed a contemporary American menu infused with flavors from around the world. Each dish is made fresh in our scratch kitchen, incorporating peak-of-season ingredients, and listed with a bin number to guide you to your selection’s perfect wine match.”
