A seasoned and dynamic brewing duo are preparing to make the family business into the DFW’s next great food and drink obsession. Murphy’s Law Brewery & Pizzeria is setting up shop in a renovated Burleson storefront.

Burleson diners will be able to stop in for a pint and a slice at 309 W. Hidden Creek Pkwy, Suite 1101. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that Murphy’s Law will span 3,400 square feet, with work projected to be completed by late June.

Locals who have been following Murphy’s journey via its social media are likely to feel incredibly personally invested in the concept. Run by husband-and-wife team Michael and Sandra Murphy, the brewery’s Facebook page has invited fans along for the full breadth of development. The most recent post announced a major (and delicious) benchmark-the completion of a custom-made pizza oven.

A precise opening timeline is not yet available for Murphy’s Law, however the brewery is making steady progress, suggesting it may be customer-ready in the not-too-distant future. The concept describes itself, saying “From grain to glass, we craft Great Brews and artisan pizza with deep community roots and bold flavors.”

Locals eager for details can follow Murphy’s Law on Facebook and Instagram for opening updates and further information about pop-ups and the beers that head brewer Sandra Murphy is cooking up for Burleson.
