Eight Years of The Goods Mart’s Excellence

The Goods Mart was founded in 2018 by Rachel Krupa. The goal was to build a modern convenience store focused on discovery, transparency, and emerging brands. The New York-based brand is a pioneer in offering “better-for-you” food and drinks, pantry items, and more without compromising taste and accessibility.
The company is known for its highly selective approach to merchandising. The retailer doesn’t take a single approach to wellness, but values variety with products that appeal to various preferences, such as high protein, ingredient simplicity, and real sugar.
Products are personally tasted and selected, rather than placed through slotting fees or paid placement. In addition to its stores, the company has extended its curation to hotel minibars, corporate office pantries, and special events.
The Goods Mart also supports founders in the early growth phase. “At our core, we’re here to help people discover what’s next,” said founder Rachel Krupa. “That means supporting founders early, giving honest feedback, and putting great products in front of customers in a way that feels easy and part of everyday life,” she added.
Naftali Group’s Master-Planned Williamsburg Wharf Development
Developed by Naftali Group, Williamsburg Wharf is a 3.75-acre master-planned waterfront development. It is located along Brooklyn’s East River shoreline. The project is intended to be a resort-style, mixed-use development of luxury condominiums. Upscale rental residences, retail, dining, and landscaped public areas are also expected.
Williamsburg Wharf includes almost 525 feet of waterfront. It is designed with an emphasis on public spaces, open green areas, and views of the river. Williamsburg Wharf is designed to be a live, work, play destination, inspired by the hospitality industry and curated to fit a neighborhood.
The Goods Mart is the first retail tenant. The new addition marks the start of Williamsburg Wharf’s larger retail expansion, as Naftali Group further molds it into a lifestyle-oriented destination in Brooklyn.
