IHOP has a new location in the pipeline for the Austin area. The franchise will open in a 2,400-square-foot space at 13320 E. U.S. Hwy 290 in Manor, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The brand, which has more than 1,700 locations around the world, is known for its vast array of breakfast options. It currently has 12 locations in the Austin area.
The project is expected to undergo renovations from July to November, according to the filing.
ACG Texas appears to be the franchisee between the new Manor location. ACG Texas is the largest IHOP franchisee in the U.S. The franchise group purchased 35 IHOP locations in 2004 and has since expanded to more than 60 restaurant locations across Texas, including spots in El Paso, Amarillo, Austin, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, and Waco.
What Now Austin has reached out to ACG Texas for additional details on the new location.
