Sip Fresh is continuing its Arizona expansion with two additional Valley locations planned for 2026, including a new store opening next month in Chandler and another expected later this year in Glendale.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the California-based beverage brand has signed leases at Chandler Fashion Center, located at 3111 W Chandler Blvd #2142 in Chandler, and at Tanger Outlets Phoenix, 6800 N 95th Ave #865 in Glendale.
Founder and CEO Sharon Arthofer told Whatnow Phoenix the Chandler location is currently targeting a June 13 grand opening, while the Glendale Tanger Outlets shop is expected to debut later this year.
The upcoming additions follow the company’s existing Arrowhead Towne Center store in Glendale, which opened in 2023. Sip Fresh currently operates seven locations and has been rapidly growing its footprint.
Founded in 2017, Sip Fresh was built around handcrafted fruit-based beverages and an interactive customer experience. According to the company, every drink starts with fresh fruit and is prepared in small batches throughout the day.
Arthofer said the concept was designed to stand apart from traditional beverage chains by focusing on customization, fresh ingredients, and visual presentation.
“We’re not a typical drive-through coffee, dirty soda. We bring to the table some unique experiential beverages that really help us stand out,” Sharon stated.
She added that customers can see the juices being displayed, sample flavors before ordering, and mix combinations based on their preferences.
“Everything you get at Sip Fresh starts with fresh fruit. You walk up to the counter, and you see an array of 10 barrels of delicious, fresh juices with fruit floating in them. They’re really unique, refreshing, and a delight to the eye.”
The menu includes smoothies, fruit bowls, fruit-infused teas, and specialty beverages such as the brand’s trademarked Cha Cha Chamoy® drink, made with fresh juices, spices, and herbs. Sip Fresh also regularly introduces limited-time offerings, including a recently launched blueberry milk beverage with boba.
Arizona has become a particularly important market for the company as it continues growing nationwide. “Arizona is a great demographic and environment to bring new products to the market, and it just seems to thrive,” Sharon added.
She also pointed to the Valley’s rapid growth and strong consumer base as key factors behind the company’s strategy in the region.
Before launching Sip Fresh, Sharon Arthofer spent years working in the QSR industry and said she saw an untapped opportunity in fresh fruit beverages. “Nobody was working with fresh fruit, and people care about what they’re putting in their bodies today.”
Looking ahead, the company is actively searching for franchise partners to help accelerate growth across Arizona and beyond.
“There are a lot of really bright entrepreneurs out there that wanna sink their teeth into something interesting, new, that they can grow and do really well with,” Arthofer said.
She added that the company is especially interested in experienced operators looking for a simpler franchise model. “Simple operation and low cost of entry. It’s the right brand at the right time.”
To celebrate the June 13 debut at Chandler Fashion Center, Sip Fresh is planning a grand opening event featuring giveaways and promotions for guests. “We’re giving away fun prizes. The first 100 people get free beverages for a year. There’s a lot of fun stuff happening.”
While details for the Tanger Outlets Phoenix opening have not yet been announced, Glendale customers can expect a similarly energetic launch later this year as the company continues building its Arizona presence.
As for future Valley growth, the founder told Whatnow Phoenix that customers should expect more locations down the line.
