BOL Hospitality Group, the Florida-based restauranteurs behind Hollywood’s Social Room and several concepts at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, is opening a new hotspot.

Common Room will open at 2032 Harrison Street in Downtown Hollywood. The restaurant and bar will anchor the resurgence of Hollywood’s Harrison Street, which just completed a major street remodel. An exact opening date has not been announced.

Led by executive chef Tanya Evans, the menu will feature premium takes on American classics such as lobster rolls, slow-braised short ribs,  yum yum chicken, and a French dip. The food will pair nicely with a cocktail program curated by Miami’s Unfiltered Hospitality. Each cocktail will be made with fresh, quality ingredients.

The biggest surprise at Common Room is the hidden speakeasy tucked inside. The invite-only Brooklyn Room will offers select guests a post-dinner cocktail experience with cocktails named after neighborhoods in New York City’s favorite borough and a playlist of old-school hip hop and jazz.

BOL Hospitality’s Eric Douglas says of the project, “We are proud to welcome Common Room to the Hollywood community, an intimate neighborhood modern American restaurant with a vibe. Common Room will be known for great food, an amazing vibe and excellent service. It’s where happy hour effortlessly rolls into great evenings, and great dinners turn into memorable nights.”
