Rich, bold flavors are at the heart of what Elio California might bring to the Foothill Ranch community. The coffee brand, known for its specialty beans and carefully crafted brews, may be preparing to open a new coffee shop at 45 Auto Center Drive, according to a plan review filed with the Orange County Health Care Agency.

The announcement was also teased on Elio California’s Instagram post. Although specific details about the concept and the opening timeline have not been disclosed, the brand specializes in single-origin coffees and handcrafted beverages designed around quality, emphasizing “craft over commodity.”

The company also offers a selection of chai beverages, including masala chai and iced karak chai, along with a subscription service that allows customers to receive coffee deliveries regularly. Subscribers can skip, pause, or cancel deliveries while also earning rewards through the company’s loyalty program.

Elio California’s mobile app allows customers to order drinks, track rewards, and receive updates on promotions and new offerings. The company also sells branded merchandise such as tumblers, hats, and tote bags through its online storefront.
