Wagyu Factory is coming to the Valley! While grabbing a bite to eat in Boca Park, you may have noticed the huge “coming soon” sign next to the brand’s name in the West Valley shopping center. Well, it’s true! Wagyu Factory is indeed set to open its first Nevada location at 740 S. Rampart Blvd, Suite 16.
Construction on the new BBQ & Hotpot spot is already underway. The brand behind the name, the Chubby Group, already has the location listed as coming soon on its website. From the looks of how the build is going, we suspect that the new Wagyu Factory will open this summer.
Chubby Group, formerly known as Chubby Cattle International, runs a brand of restaurants of the same name throughout the country. The brand currently operates four Wagyu Factory locations throughout California, with one in Seattle, and is currently on a sprint to open several others. Future locations include New York, Miami, San Antonio, and more. Of course, Nevada’s first location is coming to Boca Park soon.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to the Managing Partner & CEO of the Chubby Group, Haibin Yang, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“WAGYU FACTORY will be dedicated to creating a unique dining experience that combines high-quality Wagyu hotpot and barbecue. By seamlessly integrating traditional hotpot with modern barbecue, we aim to offer customers a novel way to enjoy their meals,” the Wagyu Factory website reads.
“We will source the finest Wagyu beef to ensure every bite is tender and flavorful, while optimizing costs to provide a high-value dining experience. As we target the American market, we will merge the essence of Eastern cuisine with Western dining habits, attracting a wide range of food enthusiasts. Whether for gatherings with friends or family celebrations, we aspire to offer not just exquisite food but also a new lifestyle experience.”
Wagyu Factory is anticipated to open in Boca Park at 740 S. Rampart Blvd, Suite 16, this summer.
