First launched by Ciccio Restaurant Group in 2014 in Tampa Bay, Fresh Kitchen is a growing restaurant chain with locations opening all over Florida. Central Florida is already home to six Fresh Kitchen locations, including in Orlando, Winter Garden, and Gainesville, and now Fresh Kitchen is preparing to launch a seventh.

According to coverage by the Orlando Business Journal, Fresh Kitchen will open at 818 S Orlando Ave in Winter Park, in the space formerly home to Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy restaurant.

“The fast-casual restaurant chain plans to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to transform the interior with a new design concept not yet seen in its other Orlando-area locations,” the coverage says.

What Now Tampa reported last summer on plans for Fresh Kitchen’s new flagship in South Tampa, noting that additional expansion is in the works over “the next ten years, during which time Fresh Kitchen plans to open ‘50 remarkable restaurants that create opportunities for humans and embody their commitment to excellence.’”

Fresh Kitchen’s build-your-own bowls come with proteins like Almond Baked Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Roasted Salmon, and Herb Grilled Steak; based like Brown Rice, Coconut Ginger Rice, and Cauliflower Potato Mash; and veggies like Lemon Garlic Broccoli, Maple Sweet Potatoes, and Golden Spice Chickpeas. To these, guests can add-ons like Picol de Gallo and Feta Cheese, topping it all off with a choice of sauce.
