With locations operating in tandem with Puerto Rican restaurant Grillers Puerto Rico at 2295 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee and at 2410 S Chickasaw Trail in Orlando, Bosu Asian Fusion Bistro serves up a selection of Asian dishes fused with Latin cuisine, with a focus on sushi. Now, the brand is preparing to launch its first standalone restaurant. It’s called Bosu Latin Asian Fusion, and it’s opening at 231 Broadway Ave in Downtown Kissimmee.
“We’re looking to open in the middle or at the end of July,” co-owner Jose Martin told What Now on Friday. “This started as a new project, about 4 or 5 years ago, called Bosu, where we did some Latin-Asian fusion, some sushi rolls. This is the first one that will stand alone.”
Bosu Latin Asian Fusion will draw from Puerto Rican cuisine, Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, and Chinese cuisine, bringing together ceviche, fried rice, sushi, and lots more.
“It’s going to be an open kitchen,” said Martin. “You’ll be able to sit at the bar and watch the chef cook, watch the sushi chef make sushi rolls.”
Sounds great to us!
