The anti-aging and wellness franchise 4Ever Young is expanding into Allen, Texas. The new location, developed by local operators Hamid and Fatana Herzai under the name Texas Longevity Lab, is expected to open in September at 1480 N. Custer Road, Suite 160, and will serve the greater Collin County area, including Frisco, Plano, and McKinney.
What Now Dallas spoke to Hamid who shared that the decision to open a 4Ever Young location wasn’t purely entrepreneurial; it was rooted in a personal experience. About two and a half years ago, a routine checkup revealed high cholesterol levels. At that moment, he decided to take his health seriously, leading him through a series of clinics to address everything from weight management to hormone optimization.
That experience planted a seed. “I realized, what if we have a clinic that actually does everything under one roof? And the more I was looking, that’s when 4Ever Young came up,” Herzai told What Now Dallas.
His wife Fatana, a registered nurse working toward her Nurse Practitioner license, brought a complementary perspective, one rooted in aesthetics and clinical care. “My passion for helping others began at a very young age, inspired by my grandfather, who was a physician,” she said. “I wanted to create a place where people could prioritize their health, build confidence, and feel supported in a welcoming environment, a place that combined the two things I am most passionate about: wellness and aesthetics.”
The couple sees strong demand for both sides of the business in Collin County. Hamid pointed to TRT and weight loss programs as high-opportunity offerings for male patients, while Fatana expects services like microneedling and HydraFacial treatments to resonate strongly with the area’s growing demographic of health- and appearance-conscious consumers.
The location at N. Custer Road was a deliberate choice. “It’s basically in the corner of four cities, so we can actually get patients from multiple cities at the same time,” Herzai explained. He also added that while he is fully focused on getting the Allen location open, currently about 50% through the buildout, a second Collin County location is already in his long-term plans, with cities like Frisco, Prosper, and Melissa on his radar.
The Allen opening will mark 4Ever Young’s 11th planned Texas location. According to Amanda Hansen, the brand’s Director of Development, the state has become one of its most important growth markets. “Texas represents one of the most compelling growth opportunities for 4Ever Young because it sits at the intersection of several trends driving our industry forward,” Hansen told What Now Dallas, citing population growth among affluent professionals and a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem. The brand is also targeting Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio for future expansion.
Founded in Boca Raton in 2014 and franchising since 2019, 4Ever Young operates more than 70 locations nationwide and combines hormone optimization, advanced diagnostics, aesthetic treatments, peptide therapy, and weight management under a single membership-based model.
