HTeaO is preparing to expand its footprint in the Texas Hill Country with a new location planned for Spring Branch, according to recently filed project documents with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The upcoming tea bar, listed as HTeaO #638, is planned for 20409 State Hwy 46, Suite 101 in Comal County. Project filings indicate that the new location will involve the interior and exterior remodel of a shell building endcap into a 2,140-square-foot HTeaO, complete with a drive-thru.
The franchisees behind the upcoming location are Annamaria Higby, Britton Higby, and Jeramey Lynch.
Founded in Amarillo, Texas, HTeaO has grown rapidly across the country by offering a wide variety of freshly brewed iced teas, lemonades, and specialty beverages. The brand is known for its selection of sweetened and unsweetened tea options, along with grab-and-go convenience and drive-thru service.
According to project documents, construction is expected to begin on August 18, 2026, and be completed by February 8, 2027. The renovation carries an estimated cost of $890,000 and is privately funded.
The tenant is listed as H3LM Group LLC, while Texas Regional Bank is identified as the property owner. Design work for the project is being handled by Interplan LLC.
What Now San Antonio reached out for additional information regarding the upcoming location, but had not received a response by the time of publication.
Once complete, the new HTeaO will bring another convenient beverage destination to the growing Spring Branch community.
