Squeeze In is preparing to expand into San Antonio with a new location planned for TPC Parkway, according to recently filed project documents with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

The upcoming restaurant will be located at 2230 TPC Parkway, Suite 101, in Bexar County. Project filings indicate that the concept will occupy a 2,271-square-foot space within an existing shell building.

Founded in 1974 as a small diner in Truckee, California, Squeeze In has grown into a popular breakfast-and-lunch restaurant brand known for its welcoming atmosphere and extensive menu. The concept is particularly famous for its large selection of omelets, including dozens of specialty options, as well as pancakes, French toast, breakfast burritos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and other comfort-food favorites.

The brand prides itself on serving breakfast all day and creating a family-friendly dining experience centered on hospitality and community engagement. Over the years, Squeeze In has expanded through franchising, bringing its colorful décor, creative menu items, and signature breakfast offerings to multiple markets across the western and southern United States.

According to project documents, the new San Antonio restaurant will involve a complete tenant fit-out of the space. Planned work includes the construction of dining areas, a kitchen, office space, restrooms, a cooler and storage areas, along with updates to electrical and plumbing systems, new ductwork, and rooftop equipment.

Construction is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, and reach completion by October 2, 2026. The renovation is estimated to cost $600,000 and is privately funded.

The tenant is listed as Keirsten Smyth. While speaking with WhatNow San Antonio, Smyth confirmed to the publication that she and her husband were the franchise owners of the space. At the same time, SS 281 & TPC LLC is identified as the property owner. California-based ACS is handling design work for the project.

Once complete, Squeeze In will bring another breakfast and lunch destination to San Antonio’s growing North Side dining scene, offering residents a menu focused on hearty morning fare, comfort foods, and all-day breakfast options.

What Now San Antonio reached out for comment regarding the upcoming location, but did not receive a response at the time of publication. This article will be updated if additional information becomes available.
