Enchanted Indoor Playground is coming to Granite Bay, signing a lease for 16,174 square feet at 8665B Auburn Folsom Road in the Granite Bay Village Shopping Center, according to a recent announcement from property manager Ethan Conrad Properties. The new location will be the brand’s fourth in the greater Sacramento area, as the family-owned play space continues one of the region’s most aggressive expansions in the children’s entertainment space.
Designed by parents, for parents, Enchanted Indoor Playground caters to children ages 0 to 8 and has built a loyal following across the Sacramento area for its whimsical, imagination-driven play spaces. Beyond open play, the brand positions itself as a community hub. A place where families gather, kids connect, and parents can actually exhale for a few hours. The space also offers birthday party rentals and special events.
The Granite Bay location is the latest chapter in a rapid growth story that started with a single location in Elk Grove in May 2023, followed by a second spot in Natomas in late 2024. A third location in Rocklin at 4445 Granite Drive is also in the works, expected to open later this year, according to the Sacramento Business Journal. Meaning Enchanted could have four Sacramento-area locations open before the end of 2026.
