Fresh Brew Coffee & Tea is embarking on bringing a major facility to the Greater Houston region. According to a recently filed permit, the new Fresh Brew Coffee and Tea facility is expected to open in part of the Imperial Oaks Shopping Center at 21502 Rayford Rd.
The permit further details that construction on the new Fresh Brew Coffee and Tea building is slated to start in August and wrap up at the beginning of May 2027. Unless it’s a massive error, the estimated cost to build the new FreshBrew Group building sits at a whopping $19.659 million. If all goes well with building the 262,120-square-foot space and permitting, the new Fresh Brew Coffee and Tea will open by next Spring.
“262,120 Sq. Ft. Tilt Wall/Metal Building construction,” the permit reads.
“Building will be used for the storage, packaging, brewing, and distribution of coffee and tea.”
Reza Rostami was listed on the permit for the new Fresh Brew Coffee and Tea. What Now Houston attempted to reach out, but did not hear back by the time of this publication. What Now also reached out to FreshBrew Group President & CEO, Al Ansari, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
FreshBrew, officially known as FreshBrew Group, is a major, family-owned coffee and tea manufacturer in the United States. Founded by Dari Ansari in the 90s, the company initially provided coffee and single-serve brewers to corporate office buildings. The brand sold its original vending division to Compass Group in 2022 to focus purely on manufacturing. In 2025, FreshBrew Group acquired the branded licensed division of White Coffee Corporation to expand its retail portfolio.
The brand sources beans globally to produce custom and private-label blends. The FreshBrew Group manufactures standard and sweet tea products, botanical extracts, and ready-to-drink cold brews and canned/bottled beverages.
Fresh Brew Coffee and Tea is anticipated to open in part of the Imperial Oaks Shopping Center at 21502 Rayford Rd next Spring.
