Beverage House Liquor is coming to 8876 Vintage Park Drive in Sacramento, according to a liquor license application filed with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The new store is being opened by Sacramento BHL Inc, owned by Munem Mike Maida. The address has previously operated as a Circle K convenience store, making it a well-known stop for residents in the area.

Beverage House Liquor has built a reputation in the Sacramento market for offering a broad selection of beer, wine and spirits. The retailer is particularly known among local consumers seeking craft beers, specialty wines and premium liquor brands that may not always be available at traditional convenience stores.

While company representatives have not yet publicly announced details about the project, the filing suggests plans for a new beverage-focused retail operation in the city’s eastern corridor. What Now Sacramento has reached out to the owner for additional information and Maida told us they will be giving more details soon.

The Vintage Park Drive corridor sits in the Parkway neighborhood in south Sacramento, a densely populated residential area near the borders of Elk Grove. With a population of nearly 24,000 people within a mile of the address, the location is well-positioned to serve a busy neighborhood that relies heavily on nearby retail for everyday needs.
