A new nail salon focused on wellness, design, and hospitality has opened in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. Bower Nails officially welcomed its first clients on June 16 at Wedgewood Village, a mixed-use development that continues to attract new businesses to the area.
Bower Nails Opens in Wedgewood-Houston

Bower Nails is located within the 18-acre Wedgewood Village mixed-use project. Wedgewood-Houston residents Andrea Fishkin and Amanda Soeder Gleaton founded Bower Nails. The nearly 1,700-square-foot space was designed by Jillian Downham Interiors.
The salon specializes in manicures and pedicures, with an emphasis on consistency, wellness, and customer experience. The salon includes 14 manicure stations, six pedicure chairs, and custom stone countertops.
Nashville native Amanda Soeder Gleaton has worked in design and real estate. The goal is to create a welcoming, elevated, well-thought-out space, she said. Fishkin has a background in luxury fashion and client service. She teamed up with Gleaton to bring boutique-level service to nail care.

What to Expect

Bower Nails offers a range of nail-care services designed to emphasize relaxation. Services include hot towel massages and custom oils, soaps, and scrubs. These were developed in partnership with local company The Herbalist Collective. Professional polish lines used by Bower include Lippmann Official and The Gel Bottle.
The salon also offers several amenities beyond its nail-care services. Through appointments, clients are provided with free drinks, blankets, and soothing sensory elements. Those amenities reflect the salon’s focus on comfort and wellness.
