Five Guys is working on another Las Vegas opening! According to a Clark County permit, the new Five Guys is expected to open at 3791 Las Vegas Blvd S. The Las Vegas Strip address belongs to the Las Vegas Strip-Showcase Mall.
Five Guys RMR5 Joint Venture is listed as the business owner of the new Five Guys set to open on the Strip. The RMR5 Joint Venture is the strategic franchise and development partnership responsible for expanding the Five Guys brand in the Las Vegas market. The group manages local development, hiring, and daily operations.
A recent Clark County filing shows that the group also filed to open a location within the Grand Canal Shops at 3377 Las Vegas Blvd South, Ste 1001. Managing Member of RMR Capital, Russel Rosenblum, was listed on the filing. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Rosenblum to find out more details about the local ongoing expansion. Unfortunately, What Now did not hear back by the time of this publication.
Five Guys was founded in Arlington, Virginia, by Jerry and Janie Murrell in 1986. The name refers to Jerry and his four sons (Jim, Matt, Chad, and Ben), who ran the original carry-out burger eatery. In 2003, the company started franchising and rapidly expanded.
There are now more than 1,950 Five Guys locations operating across 29 countries, with nearly 1,521 of those locations in the United States alone. Nevada has just ten locations, with eight of them serving the Las Vegas Valley.
What Now also reached out to Five Guys’ Vice President of Company Operations, Leonard Calvert, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.

The Five Guys menu is simple but memorable. The booming chain offers burgers, fries, and shakes. The fast-food chain even offers hot dogs and grilled cheese sandwiches, as well as 15 free toppings.
