PJ’s Daily Grind has reopened in Superior, Colorado following a recent rebrand, introducing a refreshed identity while continuing to serve coffee, pastries and breakfast favorites.

The café, located at 1619 Coalton Road, reopened on June 27 after closing in May. According to a city filing, the business changed its name from PJ Foods to PJ’s Daily Grind and recently held a soft opening. It is owned by Pam Brown.

PJ’s Daily Grind is a locally owned café that specializes in handcrafted coffee, scratch-made pastries and breakfast offerings. The café emphasizes freshly baked goods made with unbleached, unbromated flour, organic cane sugar and ingredients free of seed oils.

Customers can expect a menu featuring artisanal coffee, homemade pastries and freshly prepared food in a neighborhood café setting. According to the business, each day begins with scratch-made baking and handcrafted drinks designed to create a welcoming experience for the local community.
