A new reflexology spa may be taking shape in one of Sachse’s busiest commercial corridors. According to public filings, the new local could open at 7900 Woodbridge Pkwy., Suite 120, where a 1,200-square-foot tenant finish-out is currently planned.
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice rooted in the principle that specific pressure points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to organs and systems throughout the body. Sessions typically aim to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall wellness, making it a natural complement to the growing array of wellness services already available along the Woodbridge corridor.
What Now Dallas reached out to Krysta Knudsen, the registered agent of Sole Rvvl Reflexology Spa LLC, an entity filed with the Texas Secretary of State in May 2026, and the tenant listed on the building permit, who expressed willingness to share details but was unable to provide additional information prior to publication.
Work on the space may include the construction of treatment rooms, a reception area, restroom modifications, and associated electrical and plumbing improvements, with a completion date targeted for late August 2026.
Woodbridge Parkway has become one of Sachse’s most active retail destinations, anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and LA Fitness and home to a growing mix of dining and service businesses, according to the Sachse Economic Development Corporation. The corridor straddles the border of Dallas and Collin counties, drawing traffic from surrounding communities including Murphy, Wylie, and Rowlett.
