Chatos Tacos to Open a Second Location

Chatos Tacos is slated to open its second location in Spring Valley.

Chatos Tacos is coming to Spring Valley. According to a Clark County permit, the authentic Tijuana-style taqueria is expected to open at 9484 W. Flamingo Rd., Ste. 175.

What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with owner Christian Rojas, who runs the brand with his family. Rojas confirmed the opening and shared that the new Chatos Tacos should open this August, barring construction and permitting. Unfortunately, Rojas was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

“Dive into our diverse menu featuring Tijuana-style tacos, breakfast burritos, elote, asada fries, and refreshing aguas frescas,” the Chatos Tacos website reads.

“Savor the flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine made fresh daily.”

Chatos Tacos officially opened in Henderson at the end of 2024. Known for its mesquite charcoal-grilled meats and daily house-made tortillas, Chatos Tacos gained widespread local acclaim for its family recipes, including traditional tacos, elote, and a secret menu featuring house-made hard shell tacos.

While the taqueria is relatively new to the Las Vegas valley dining scene, it has rapidly established itself as a local staple. It has become celebrated for several specific culinary and historical highlights, including its signature style, house-made everything, and heavily sought-after items like birria egg rolls, giant loaded “Gringo Tacos,” and massive tableside mega-cocktails.

“Enjoy fresh carnitas, mesquite-grilled carne asada, al pastor, chicken, and potato tacos with house-made tortillas. Discover our delicious menu today!”

Try out the new Chatos Tacos for yourself when it opens in Summerlin at 9484 W. Flamingo Rd., Ste. 175 this August.
