Wine-focused restaurant Cooper’s Hawk has a new restaurant on the way to Atlanta. The Illinois-based brand debuted in Georgia in February 2025 with a location in Alpharetta, and now it is looking to join Perimeter Village in Dunwoody, according to reporting by Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta. The restaurant will likely open in 2027.
CEO Tim McEnery launched Cooper’s Hawk in 2005, offering an upscale casual concept focused on quality food and wine. The winery and restaurant is “built upon the passionate belief that food and wine hold the power to forge lasting connections,” according to the website.
The brand offers a Napa-inspired wine experience, and the restaurant offers a curated list of global wines. The food menu features pasta, burgers, sandwiches and protein-based entrees like filet mignon, chicken picotta and red wine braised short ribs.
The brand now has more than 70 restaurants open, with more on the way as the brand expands. There are additional locations listed as “coming soon” on the website to South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Ohio and North Carolina.
Perimeter Village features stores including Hobby Lobby and World Market as well as restaurants including J. Alexander’s, Olive Garden and Another Broken Egg Cafe.
