With Pilates studios all across Florida, Fit as Fire Pilates has been expanding rapidly, bringing modern Pilates to the Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Tallahassee markets.

Now, the brand is planning a new location in San Marco. According to coverage by the Jacksonville Daily Record, construction has been given the go-ahead at 1615 Hendricks Avenue for the new Fit as Fire.

The brand’s FIT Method promises that “45 Minutes Can Change Your Life.”

“Slow Resistance Training: Low-impact, high-intensity training tailored for our state-of-the-art custom build FIT MACHINES,” reads a description on the Fit as Fire website. “The FIT METHOD workout was specifically developed with the FIT MACHINES in mind and is adaptable for all fitness-levels, perfect for anyone willing to put in the work to get more out of their training.”

The Fit Method promises to build muscle, improve flexibility and balance, and “supercharge your body to burn fat”—all in 45 minutes.

“FIT AS FIRE started the journey as a single location, modern Pilates studio dedicated to providing high-intensity, low-impact workouts,” says the site’s Our Story page. “Our unique FIT METHOD (Slow Resistance Training), which combines slow-twitch muscle training with spring-resistance equipment, quickly became a game-changer in the fitness community. With locations opening nationwide, we have helped thousands of individuals enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.”
