The Village at Seven Pines story just keeps getting deeper! The upcoming development has been a frequent presence in What Now coverage, as tenants like Hawkers Asian Street Food, Lynora’s, and ToyTopia join the lineup.

This week, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported on several new retailers opening new locations in the Village at Seven Pines, including the growing furniture and houseware brand West Elm.

West Elm’s merchandise includes indoor, outdoor, and office furniture; rugs; lighting; kitchenware; storage; and lots more. It’s currently running a 4th of July sale with prices slashed by as much as 70%.

With locations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and India, West Elm is a truly global retailer with contemporary furniture and houseware. The company is a subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

A representative was not immediately available for comment on the opening on Wednesday, but stay tuned for an update once more information is available.
