The D-Spot Origin Story
Founded in Ontario in 2014, D-Spot Dessert Café has expanded from a single location into a growing Canadian restaurant chain.
The idea was to create a social dining spot to offer high-quality desserts and a complete selection of savory dishes. D-Spot serves hundreds of items from its classic waffles and crepes to its homemade ice cream and cakes.
The company focuses on fresh ingredients, customized preparations, and an inviting atmosphere where people can come together to celebrate, go for a meal, or have something to snack on at night.
D-Spot Dessert Café’s first U.S. outlet is a major step for the Canadian chain into the American restaurant scene. According to its website, the company will soon open locations in Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, and Nashville.
