Sage Juice Co. is the venture of hospitality veterans set to bring their true passion for health and wellness to the Arts District. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, Sage Juice Co is expected to open in Downtown Las Vegas at 1511 S Commerce St 160 this fall.
“With the addition of several residential buildings about to open in the Arts District we are seeking to add to the neighborhood by providing needed wellness options,” co- owner Lyle Cervenka said via email.
“We love our location on Commerce—it’s a great mix of businesses that create a true neighborhood feel. Good Wolf, Dustland, Ole Manny’s and most recently opened Sweat Equity and Meraki. It’s a terrific blend of owner/operators that we look forward to joining.”
Cervenka joins Krystal Lane and Anthony Lane, whose experience spans properties on and off the Strip. With a combined 60 years in bars and restaurants, the three are bringing a healthy alternative to the Las Vegas Valley.
“8 cold-pressed juice offerings, 2 different nut mylks, 3 different acai bowls, 3 different smoothies, and wellness shots,” Cervenka shared, listing out some of the new concept’s menu highlights.
“We will feature seasonal specials and are sourcing all of our produce organically with an emphasis on using local farms as much as possible. In addtion we will have a robust list of supplements to add on for people focused on longevity and biohacking.”
And this is only the beginning for the new brand. Cervenka shared that the plan is to open additional locations throughout the valley in 2027.
“Honestly, we hope to bring more than just juice,” Cervenka said.
“We want to be a spot where people feel good the moment they walk in — where you know the person behind the counter and they know your order. Health should feel welcoming, not intimidating, and that’s what we’re building.”
