A luxury waterfront estate is hitting the Orange County market this week. The multimillion-dollar estate features a private dock and a range of high-end amenities.
Waterfront Estate Listed for Almost $70M in Linda Isle
A 9,179-square-foot waterfront estate is coming to Newport Beach’s luxury housing market. According to Realtor.com, the property located at 87 Linda Isle is listed for close to $70 million. The listing is being handled by Payman Paul Daftarian of Luxe Real Estate.
The luxury harborside estate was completed in 2025 in the gated Linda Isle community, as per The Real Deal. The property offers 104 feet of waterfront frontage and a private dock that can accommodate multiple yachts up to 130 feet long.
Spread on a 0.3-acre area, the latest mansion includes five bedrooms along with five-and-a-half bathrooms. Residents can get additional features, including upper-level balconies, hand-crafted art and architectural elements, and skylights. There are also disappearing doors that offer harbor views.
Sale Could Set a New Record in Newport Beach
The sale of the waterfront estate at its proposed price being close to $70 million could lead to a new price record in the city.
While another Newport Beach-based home was sold for a large amount in July 2026, it was less than the Linda Isle’s set listing price.
Back in May this year, a property at 18 Swimmers Point in Crystal Cove was put up for sale at around $68 million. The property currently has a Santa Monica-based private trust as its owner, which originally purchased it for $38 million in October 2025.
Earlier to this, a recently constructed property at 3512 Ocean Boulevard in Corona del Mar was purchased for $48.5 million. Set in an 11,600-square-foot lot, it was listed at nearly $52 million in February this year.
The Linda Isle listing adds to the city’s active luxury housing market and could go past its current home sales record.
